Leslie Albert Norman Watkins – fallen but not forgotten

Leslie Watkins served with 1st Airborne Divisional Signals, Royal Corps of Signals and took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

 


​Lance Corporal Leslie Albert Norman Watkins died on 24 March 1945 aged 24 and is buried at Venray Cemetery, in the Netherlands. He is listed on the war memorial in St. Breward.
