Ivy was born to George and Mary in 1910 at Chapel Farm, St Breward.
At the age of 26, she married Cyril J Rowe and in 1937 gave birth to a daughter, Eileen.
Eileen, who was the St Breward school cook for many years, married John Collings in 1957 and they lived in the Old Smithy at Limehead.
